At WUJI, we strictly select high quality materials to ensure that our PPE can effectively protect personal safety. What’s more, we produce the fabrics ourselves required for firefighting suits to improve the stability and competitiveness of product quality.
How Do We Ensure Quality and Performance?
Procuring from High-Quality Sources
Using qualified raw materials such as natural rubber, aramid fiber, ABS and PVC is one of the key factors to ensure the performance of WUJI’s PPE products. We’ve established strong partnerships with reputable suppliers in the industry, allowing us to purchase materials in large quantities with stable quality and more competitive prices.
Fireman Helmets
Wuji’s fire helmet is made of flame-retardant reinforced nylon, aramid aluminum foil cloth and aramid flame-retardant webbing.
These materials are purchased from known brands, and we will conduct incoming material testing on them. Only qualified and approved materials will enter the next production stage.
Fireman Suits
Our fire suits are composed of 4 layers:
- waterproof layer (aramid felt covered with PTFE film)
- waterproof layer (aramid felt covered with PTFE film)
- thermal insulation layer (aramid thermal insulation felt)
- comfort layer (aramid + flame retardant viscose)
Aramid is the key factor in determining the performance. We select high quality aramid stock solution and produce it in strict accordance with EN469 standards. Our fire suits still maintain good fire resistance after 25 wash testing.
Breathing Apparatus
Breathing apparatus are mainly composed of masks, pressure reducers, air supply valves, and bottle head valves. The materials include rubber, silicone, brass, aluminum, and nylon. We strictly follow the EN137 standard and produce these components with materials from well-known suppliers. This enables us to provide customers with products that combine quality and price advantages.
Gas Mask
The main components of a gas mask are the face mask body, filter cartridge, and inhalation valve. We choose better materials to produce gas masks to ensure users’ breathing safety in harsh environments. At WUJI, we have experience in multiple military projects, so we can provide customized solutions based on your needs.
Bulletproof Vest
WUJI’s bulletproof vests are made of lightweight ultra-high molecular short fiber stab-proof material, which can effectively protect against level 2 to 3 bullet threats, and stabbing and slashing injuries from cold weapons such as knives and daggers.
Ballistic Helmets
Our ballistic helmets utilize a lightweight, high-performance shell made from layered Aramid or UHMWPE fibers. An advanced inner system absorbs impact energy, ensuring maximum protection against ballistic threats. This design provides superior strength, comfort, and reliability for critical missions.
